Pricing questions
How is the commission calculated?
It is calculated on each paid ticket sold. The rate is 8% on every plan: Starter, Pro, Premium and the Gala package. It covers all fees: Mobile Money operator, PawaPay and Sanga; the rest is paid out to your Mobile Money account automatically in one payout, 48 hours after your event ends (72 hours at the latest). The Ceremony package sells no tickets, so it carries none.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
How do I pay for my subscription?
With Mobile Money (MTN MoMo or Orange Money), directly from your account.
Does the two-month trial commit me to anything?
No. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. During those two months the subscription is free; the commission per ticket sold still applies.
