01Purpose

Sanga is an online platform that lets organisers sell tickets, collect Mobile Money payments, manage guests and check attendees in with QR codes.

02Organiser account

Sign-up is free. Organisers provide accurate information and remain responsible for the use of their account and the access they grant their team.

03Plans and prices

Plans, prices in CFA francs and commission rates are shown on the Pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

Organiser subscriptions: Starter (free), Pro (15,000 FCFA per month) and Premium (45,000 FCFA per month). An 8% commission applies to each paid ticket sold, whatever the subscription.

Private event packages: Ceremony (50,000 FCFA per event, no ticketing) and Gala and party (30,000 FCFA per event, 8% commission on each paid ticket sold).

All prices are in CFA francs and include all taxes.

04Trial offer

The launch offer makes the subscription free for two months from account activation, with no card required, within a limit of 3 simultaneously active events and 500 tickets per month. The 8% commission on each paid ticket sold remains due during this period. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.

05Payment

Subscriptions and packages are paid by Mobile Money from the organiser account. Commission is calculated on each paid ticket sold.

Ticket sales paid by Mobile Money are paid out automatically to the organiser, to the Mobile Money payout account entered in their dashboard, in a single payout per event, 48 hours after the event ends and no later than 72 hours after it ends. Grouping sales avoids paying the operator's payout fees several times.

The amount paid out is the price paid by the buyer, minus fees. These fees are a single overall rate covering the Mobile Money operator's fees, those of the payment provider PawaPay and Sanga's commission: 8% on every subscription, the trial and the Gala package.

Until a valid payout account is entered, amounts due are held and paid out as soon as the account is saved.

06Term and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly with no minimum term. Organisers can stop renewing at any time from their account.

07Organiser responsibilities

Organisers are solely responsible for their event: legality, permits, safety, published content, and ticket sale and refund terms for their attendees.

08Sanga's liability

Sanga takes reasonable measures to keep the platform available and secure. Sanga does not organise the events published and cannot be held responsible for how they are run.

09Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Douala (Cameroon).
